Ultrasonic microvibrations generated by high-speed circular rotation with an air tool are applied to the cell surface to generate microbubble pockets.

The bubbles, under pressure, penetrate into the cell interior through dispersion, agitation, and abrasive action by the synergistic effect of the high-performance cleaning agent, OXEL® series, through the release of powerful energy.

As a result, dry adhered anti-friction inks and residues of anti-slip varnishes are eluted and completely removed.

The ceramic roll is equipped with a special brush made of high-grade stainless steel, and the chrome roll with a special brush made of high-grade brass, both of which have been manufactured under precise conditions for elution.
