This is a simple measuring instrument for diagnosing the clogging condition of anilox rolls and cell depth. Numerical display of cell shape, cell size, cell lines, and cell depth is available.

Standard magnification is 400x, which can be easily exchanged for 200x or 800x as an option.

If a digital camera is attached, it is possible to take cell photos, which is useful for data management.

Ideal for volumetric diagnosis of anilox rolls, gravure rolls, etc. Since it is not disposable, it boasts high cost performance.

A suitable amount of the test ink is applied to the surface of the roll with the Multipette and stretched with the special blade, and the volume can be measured with the planimeter.

Using the optional software for volume calculation, scanned data can be used for accurate and easy measurement in a short time.
